My dental hygienist Alecia, is quite simply AWESOME - the best I have ever had bar none. I have a legit childhood dental phobia and at almost 60 periodontal issues despite regular dental care thru my life - she is warm, personable, explains everything she is doing (BEFORE) she does it, is very professional, knowledgeable, seeks answers if she doesn't know something and in 2 yrs has never 'triggered' my phobia - always uses numbing gel and now has me at point where I can stand the 'automatic' cleaning tools rather than manual removal of calcium deposits which is less efficient and takes more time, so saves me $$ as well.
